EP43 Teaser – Niamh McCarthy on the Friday Five

In this week's Friday Five, I share a 5 minute (exactly 5 for a change) teaser of Monday's full Episode with Niamh McCarthy. Niamh has collected Olympic and World Championship Silver medals over the last few years in the Discus in the Paralympic games. Her story is fascinating and we had a good laugh during it. This teaser touches on Niamh: * Recalling her first discuss throw! * Making sacrifices to step up training in preparation for Rio! * Claiming a place in Rio with time running out! I hope you enjoy the teaser and come back for the full show on Monday! Thanks, Rob
